Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
My employer outsources their payroll to an employee leasing agency. I received a phone call from another customer of the leasing agency stating that she received a payroll report from the leasing agency and on the back of one of the pages in that report was all my information (name, address, phone number, social security number, etc.).
Are there any steps I should take in regards to this company violating my privacy and exposing me to identity theft?
