Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Employer ignored writ of garnishment
I filed a writ of garnishment with the employer and they ignored it. Then filed a default and final judement against the emoployer and the judge granted it, what can i do now to collect? I was thinking of writing a demand letter, but I don't want to be ignored.

Re: Employer ignored writ of garnishment
You need to execute on the judgment. Now would be a good time to see a lawyer. An explanation of how to execute on your judgment is beyond the scope of a BB post.
