Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Is an employment contract binding if it says "In witness whereof the parties have signed this Agreement" and it has the name and address of employer and the name of the President but it is missing the signature of the president. I signed the agreement and then I received a copy where it was signed by the President but the original that I have does not have that signature. This question came up because they are trying to bind me to a do not compete agreement.
