employment in restaurant
after resigning from my position as chef i am being sued on 3 counts..they are saying that i have their trade secrests (My recipes/My meathods/My contacts)..i broke fiduciary duty and unfair trade practices act..it is ridiculous, i dont have money to fight against them (the owners are lawyers)

You probably signed a contract with a non-compete and nondisclosure clause. You should consult with an attorney immediately.
