Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I am entering into a sales representative agreement with a company. As a sales rep for them i have a lead on 400 to 4000 new clients at $300 per client per year. How can i address that these new clients will remain my client year after year even after the contract expires.

If you are the one drafting the agreement, you should consider whether the company would agree to those terms. There standard contract probably states otherwise. You may want to have an attorney review your contract to make sure that it's ironclad. Best of luck to you.
