Ethical and fari business practices
where can I find a clear and defined code of ethical conduct for freight forwarders and customs brokers so that I can see what specific violations may have occurred in my dealings with a specific transportation services company

A violation of ethics does not equate to a violation of a contract of to the violation of a statute or regulation that would be the basis for a claim. Ethics -- what one "should" do -- is generally irrelevant to what one must do.
