Exempt Employee and time cards
Are exempt salaried employees required to punch a time clock in Florida?

If the employer requires a time clock, then the employee is required to punch one. A time clock is not required of any employee.

No but the bigger problem is that you may not be exempt -- i.e., the employer may have gotten it wrong about whether you are exempt from the overtime laws. Feel free to email me to discuss this further. Best, Matthew
