exiting partnership
If partner A and partner B decided to work together and after a few years partner B decided he wanted out. There is no contract signed because partner B did not want to sign. Partner B did not invest any money Partner A invested all the money and time to get the business going . Does partner B have the rights to a percentage of the Business?

If you treated each other as partners it could be argued that you were partners. If you need help dissolving your partnership or docuumenting your partnership interest call me at my office.
