Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
In a false advertisemnet law suit against a company with unproven health beneifits of a product in there line in state of Florida should we go after them as an individual consumer or a competitor

As a franchise attorney I don't fully understand your question. As a competitor you would lack standing to bring a suit. So the better route appears to be as a consumer. Perhaps you can get a number of consumers together and approach the Attorney General in your state. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
