Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Family Business Withdrawals Contract After 16hrs

I had recently received a contract offer from a six-year-running, family business on February 6th and then was sent an email on February 10 regarding the withdrawal of the contract offer due to the fact they could wait no longer and hired another person. This was after I had sent them a reply to the contract offer via email saying I would accept the offer, but am pending on clarification from a consultant, which was suggested in the contract. They replied the next day stating that if my consultant had any questions to contact the CFO. Approx. 16hrs later I received the withdrawal notice after had just placed the signed contract in the mailbox. I had spent an exceptional amount of money that I did not posses, depending solely on the acceptance and preparation for the job. I have most/all of the receipts, emails, voicemails, and conversations recorded. Would it benefit me to take this to court?

Since no set time was given to you in which to respond to them, I doubt it.
