Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
My Fiance's Ex is sending harassing and inappropriate emails to his work email through her work email during business hours. She is a virtual employee of one of the largest firms who received govt bailout money. Would is be appropriate for us to contact her employers Legal department to ask for the harassment to stop? Would there be any legal recourse if her employer notifies her and enforces their email rules.

Any attorney will tell you to take a preliminary step: tell her if the emails don't stop, you will contact her employer's legal department to let them know what's going on. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
