Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I had filed adversarial proceeding in bankruptcy court. The creditor wants to take the issue in lower court while pending. Can a person litigate the same issue in 2 courts

This question makes no sense to me. I suspect that you have used the wrong words in describing the situation. For instance, a creditor would file an adversarial proceeding in a bankruptcy. So you must be the creditor. Then you say the creditor, when you probably mean debtor. An adversarial proceeding must be handled in the bankruptcy court and the bankruptcy court would probably not lift the automatic stay to allow a state court to hear the same issue.
