Filing and injunction or court oder to remove people from a corporation

What are the steps to remove people who have been voted out of a non profit corporation by the board of directors and refuse to leave. They are conductiing meetings under the same corporate name.

As your title says, you must a suit for injunctive relief in the circuit court. You must allege why an injunction is the relief sought and why money damages will not suffice. Since this will be filed in circuit court, you will need to retain counsel.
