filing a ucc

i am trying to file a ucc against my own business in nirth miami beach florida. i need to locate the appropriate form to fill out and instructions on how to file it. i want to make sure that my business partner does not sell the company without paying my investment back to me. filing this ucc should prevent this from happening.
