Final judgment by consent
Good evening. I like to know what is a ''Final Judgment by consent''?

The judge entered a judgment that resolved the issues and most likely set the amount of damages, if any. By consent seems to mean that the parties were in agreement to the terms of the judgment and actually requested the judge to enter the judgment for it to become final and binding. Most likely, there was some sort of settlement agreement and the agreement terms were made final and enforcable by entry of the judgment.
