Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
financed money
i bought a car a a dealer and finaced $13,000. the agrement was $2,000 down. now this was my first car so I was a litte caught up in everything and to make a long story short they never asked me for the $2,000 down. it says in my auto contract that 2,000 was put down but i just plan forgot. do i have to pay if they ask for it?!?!
