Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Where can I go to find who allows the name Rolladen with the trade symbol to be used in the US. Surely a company in the US has to get permission from someone.
I want to send a complaint against a Florida company to the company who issues permits for the logo to tell them that this FL contractor is not doing business in their best interest under their logo.
I have filed complaints with BBB and the Consumer Protection Agency in Broward County.
