Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I just finish buying a business and do not wish to change the business name, but I would like to change the ownership name. how do i do this?

You file and publish for a fictitious name. Of course, if the prior owner has secured the name, they would have to release it.
It is an inexpensive process, and you might want an attorney to have it done right.
