Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Florida Law on car purchase
My sister received financing for a car through CNAC to purchase a car at JD Byrider (in florida). She gave them a $200 cas deposit but was not able to take the possession of the car due to not being able to get car insurance until a later date. Her circumstances have changed and she is unable to get the car insurance, so she is being told that she is the owner of the car even thought she does not have possession. What are her rights and is she responsible for paying the car loan?
