Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Hi
The Florida title to our car is in myself and my wife's name. We were thinking of also putting my 40 year old daughter who doesn't live with us and was never married on the title along with us in case something happens to us she wouldn't have the hassle of the car going to her.
My question is if we do that and my daughter gets into a financial problem or law suit would that effect our portion of the cars worth or ownership in any way?
Thank you Tom Mullen
