Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
In Florida, I've only worked for the company for 4-5 weeks, part time, I gave them 2-weeks notice. Boss told me to leave now. Does employer have to pay me for the "Two week notice"?

Unless you have a written or verifiable agreement with the employer for such
payment, the employer does not have to pay you for any period after terminating
your employment.
