Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I want to form a Florida LLC or Sub S corporation, but the name I'd chose from are shown on sunbiz.org as being registered to inactive entities. What do I need to do to legally form a LLC or Sub S corp using one or more of those names?
Thanks.

You still can if they have been inactive for awhile. However, you may want to consider that if you use those names, and they have had some legal/tax problems, you may be confused with the inactive companies. It may not be worth it.
So, just modify the name slightly and it might be better for you. If I can help further, I can be contacted at 954-752-1732
