Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Which Form Do I need to purchase.?
I loaned a friend money to purchase an RV that I own. The deal is that i retain the title until it is paid off which is 5 yrs at 5% interest. In addition, the monthly payment is to include an amount prorated that I pay for insurance. I have an amortizations schedule that I can attach. If he defaults I should have the right to repo the rv. Also he should have to right to pay it off early.I have a Revocable trust and the rv is in that name also. So I want to assure that if he dies it gets paid off to my trust and that if I die it gets paid to my trust. Thanks

There is no form that will accomplish all that you wish to do. The practice of law is more than simply filling in a bunch of forms purchased at a store or online. You should retain an attorney to draft the necessary documentation for you.
