Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I just formed a LLC in Delaware, but I live in Florida. The type of business is software and later I'll sell on internet. I work from home and don't have employees. Do I have to register in FL as well?

Will your LLC conduct business in Florida with Florida customers, suppliers, subcontractors, employees, etc? If so, you are advised to register in FL.
As a Franchise Attorney I can only add the following. Most states provide that if the principal place of business is located in their state or activities take place from their state, the entity needs to register. As one business attorney answered: "where is the hand that clicks the mouse?" If it's in FL, you'd better register in FL. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
