franchise
I purchased a franchise, I feel I was grosslt mislead, can I get my money back. Although the franchise is up and running, I never signed the franchise agreement. The company mailed it to me for my signature, but I never signed it.

I would need more information and review the documents to give an opinion. If the parties acted as if the contract had been signed and there is a change of positions equity may step in to prevent you from denying the contract.
