franchising
I wish to start a franchising operation with a business I started 4 years ago. Where can I find detail information on the formation of a franchising company which would see franchises to others.
The business I started is now completing year four and will serve as a model for the other franchises.

The area of franchise law is a specialty, and often quite costly. If you determine that you need a lawyer who specializes in franchise law, let me know, and I will point you in the right direction. As to resources, regarding franchise law, I recommend going to your local law school library and reviewing the multi-volume treatises on franchise law, if you wish to try to educate yourself.
