Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Fraud

Previously owner of very profitable business (Employment Screening). Husband filed for Divorce, and a restriction order so I don't have to be at the business, while procedures, he sold business to his mother's boyfriend without my authorization, according to husband deposition (already taken) he directly said that it was a plan for wife (me) not to get anything from business. His mother's boyfriend took over business, somehow their relationship did not work, husband left company leaving all behind. This man now runs totally the business, making profits, utilizing all companies secret information, took all clients even a Website that was specially built for our business to provide to all clients, changed name of company, website and left old premises to go to another. I am on letigation now with this man, since husband now claims that this man stole business from him, but to my point of view husband put everything in this man's hands, he just gave it away. Is there any Government Agency that could handle this kind of cases, please provide information, maybe they will be interested on handling this case. Thank you very much.

Re: Fraud

You need to hire a civil litigator experienced in both business disputes and divorce proceedings. Good luck.

Re: Fraud

Generally, the government will not get involved in private causes. Taxpayers should not be required to foot the bill. You are a victim of fraud and intentional dissapation of asets by your husband. If this is important to you, I suggest that you make a time and financial commitment to achieve justice.
