Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
My friend signed his name as the purchaser on a car title but hasnt got it registered yet and i bought it from him so do I sign as a co purchaser and then how do I go about removing him from the title?

Hi. The correct way to do this is to have him get a title issued in his name. He would then sign his title over to you. I understand that there are additional costs to doing it this way, but this is the right way to have it done. It also reflects what actually happened - he bought the car and then later sold it to you.
