Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I gave my business partner/family friend $2000 to start up our business, but many months later there is not one receipt to show for it and all the money has disappeared. He has told multiple people he is not giving me my money back. Everything that was done was a verbal agreement but we all understood that at the time and it was said that we would get our money back whenever we wanted out. So my main concern is where did my $2000 go and if not into the business then is it possible for me to get it back.
