If I want to give my business and property to another person, what are the costs involved for this transfer? What kind of lawyer will I need?

You should consult with a business lawyer for specific legal advice regarding this transfer of your business. What you want to do or have to file will depend upon what kind of business structure you have and what kind of assets you are transferring (see sunbiz.org for forms). You may also want to reduce your agreement to writing.
