Could a transcript from an inaudiable tape, transcribed by the prosecuting attorney be submitted as evidence to the jury, without the defendant having seen the transcrition, be grounds for an appeal if it was the major determining factor of a guilty verdict?

It may be. If you can afford one, get an attorney. If not, appeal on your own. You don't have anything to lose and time.
