Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Hi there,
I did some graphics work for this company. They promised me many things for doing so through Skype instant messaging. They have yet to come through on their side of the deal and it his been upwards of 3 months. They once promised me $200 for fixing a issue with their site not showing up on Google. I fixed it and have yet to see the money after 3 months. I have proof of their promises in chat logs on Skype.
Thanks,
Harry

If the payment is owned to you, you have some evidence of such debt, and the
company refuses to pay or settle the matter with you, your best option, given the
stated amount of the debt, is to file claim in local small claims court. Send a
letter or message to the company, advising them that unless payment is received
by you no later than a date certain, that you will file the suit. You will not need an
attorney, and the claim can be resolved reasonably soon.
