Harassment
I work for a wonderful man. I have been in his employ for more than 10 years. He recently purchased a new business and offered me a position as his administrative assistant to himself and another gentleman. The other gentleman is the former owner.
The new owner, Ron has a 5 year employment contract with the former owner, John. John has displayed extreme psychotic behavior for the 1 year I have worked their. He screams at the other employees. He is disrespectful to women vendors who come into our place of business. If he is explaining something and you do not understand him, he starts throwing things around and yelling. He then says I�m sorry, I�m under a lot of pressure. Well who isn�t these days. No one is exempt from his outburst. John brings with him 40 years of experience in the industry and Ron needs his expertise. If someone were to file a law suit against John for harassment, can it be done without naming Ron, the new owner in the lawsuit

Nope -- as the boss, Ron is condoning the conduct.
