Don't know precisely what is going on. However, I would recommend that you not become knowingly involved with supporting an activity that you believe is a fraud or illegal. Otherwise, while you may not be directly responsible, you could be held indirectly responsible as a contributor or supporter of the questionable activity.

If you have knowledge that your employer is illegally soliciting funds or committing

other illegal acts and your work contributes to those illegal acts, you have lost an

important legal defense (lack of knowledge). You should consider whether the

actions are clearly illegal, then decide whether you will continue.

Assuming they are illegally soliciting funds and assuming they get investigated and charges are filed, the State of Florida will arrest everyone in the office, and figure things out through trial system.
