Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Hello,
I was wondering if I can organize events (cocktails, parties with alcohol) in the USA if I own a company in south america (Panama).
Basically ,will I be able to charge my clients on my company in Panama (for the tickets), rent a space in the US, buy alcohol on the company name etc....?

US laws will regulate. You need to talk to the venue in which you intend to rent, and I'm sure they know how to take care of the details.
