Hello:

We sell tv products but this is the problem that we have, we know where to buy the products but one of the company do not want us to sell it on the internet, the product is register as step gym is there any problem if we put step weight loss shoes or weight loss shoes,

the other question is if we can put the listing as weight loss shoes and send the step gym shoes, can we have any problem for sending that shoes

If you are marketing their product -- whatever you call it -- on the Internet, in violation of the agreement with you, then you are breaching the contract.
