Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I am helping a friend with a new business venture. He has asked me to take the postion as Treasurer, it is a 501 (c)(3) Corporation. Is there available on line a basic contract I can draw up to safeguard my rights also his should something go awry in our relationship?

You can definitely use a contract to protect your business interests. Use those form contracts at your own risk. I caution you and other consumers to read the fine print and note any disclaimers (aka warnings) on those sites selling contracts. The best option would be to contact an attorney for assistance.
