There are certain agreements you should put in writing to safeguard yourself, and make sure you do not become liable. We would be happy to help you do so. Please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
You can definitely use a contract to protect your business interests. Use those form contracts at your own risk. I caution you and other consumers to read the fine print and note any disclaimers (aka warnings) on those sites selling contracts. The best option would be to contact an attorney for assistance. I often help people with contracts, and I would be happy to speak with you. Regards,
Not really; they all depend on the facts and the circumstances.
