Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Hi,
I am a dog groomer and work as an independent contractor. I obtained an LLC in 2010 as a requirement of a grooming shop I am no longer associated with. I wish to dissolve my LLC. Can you tell me which forms I need to do this and where I can obtain them at a reasonable cost? Thanks, Andrea McCall

Any law library would have the form book. Most attorneys would charge a reasonable fee to file.
