Can HOA in Florida tow 24hra day7days a week 365 days a year tree company removing large tree when a storm with 50 to 60 mph winds and rain approached appx 4:30 pm my customer asked to come the next day around 7am I said as long as it's not raining we secured all equipment to return the next day . The next day airport towing came at 2:00am and towed to their lot and wanted $400.00 I paid drove back to job to try to complete job . The brakes were not working proper. The truck was all over the road and very hard to steer , the tool boxes were bent out and the transmission was making a lot of noise I never herd before . There were no notices of towing and was on the homeowners property,
