My suggestion would be it will be much cheaper to simply start over fresh and re create the same but this time use a Florda lawyer, and be sure to incorporate Bankruptcy planning, Phantom income protection and have a minimum of 2 members, and be sure to have all of the proper pre, post and current documentation, otherwise you may be asking for a great deal of problems shortly including becoming frustrated because the LLC will not give you the protections you need.
