II owned a llc which I have not used in over two yrs and company was formed in mt can I use that llc in Florida and if so how do I go about this

Without going too far into your matter, I must assume that there were never any Operating agreement, management resolutions made out, nor even keeping it active with the Secretary of State in Florida. My suggestion would be it will be much cheaper to simply start over fresh and re create the same but this time use a Florda lawyer, and be sure to incorporate Bankruptcy planning, Phantom income protection and have a minimum of 2 members, and be sure to have all of the proper pre, post and current documentation, otherwise you may be asking for a great deal of problems shortly including becoming frustrated because the LLC will not give you the protections you need.
