Why is important to distinguish between a Warranty and a Condition?

Because a warranty is a condition of purchase.

Warranty is about minimum product/ service performance assurance given for the product/service.
Condition as the name implies, is about a condition which if complied, the contract gets complete and when condition is not complied the contract does not come into existence at all.
That is why the differentiation is critical/
