Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
incompetent
My husband is a junkie. We own a Subway restaurant together & im the one who works it. He comes in at night and steals money for his habit and cusses the employees. His health is deteriating because of the drugs and he is making crazy business decisions. Can i claim him incompetent and take the business?
