Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
incorporating a business
im starting a business selling products via web & catalog. if i intend to sell the products nationally and internationally (outside of state), are there any additional legal concerns beyond 1. registering with state 2. getting federal tax id # 3. articles of incorporation 4. corporate kit. am i free to commence trade? thank you.

You may also need an occupational license, and I strongly recommend that you have clear disclaimer language on your website that users must read in order to do business via your website that limits your liability and exposure to claims made outside of the county and/or state where your business is located and registered. You should consult with a business lawyer experienced in the formation and operation of on-line and website businesses. Good luck.
