Can a individual take you to court if you signed a document by it doesn't have the date just my signature and address on it talking about we will go 50/50 on are deal until 6 months have past but the six months passed already

Depending on the type of document, a person might be able to enforce the document in court even if no date appears on it. You might have defenses though to any such attempt based on the passage of the 6-month time period. You should consult an attorney if you are actually sued.
