Industrial Staffing Business
I am the Vice President of temp Now Inc. I did not sign my name to the contract the CEO sign my name, SSN # and put my driver license # on the contact he have laid me off stating that the business is slow. I now need to remove my name from the company what steps do I take.

just write them a letter resigning as VP.
