Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I am an instructor in a martial arts school. There is another instructor one rank ahead of me. He is on my case for petty things. Yesterday, I repeated something he said. He got quite annoyed and requested me to leave the school. He is not the owner of the school. I left out of respect for the younger students present.
I get this kind of treatment often. What can I do to get him to stop? Not sure what category this fits into.

As a Franchise Attorney I would advise complaining about what's happening to the owner of the school. It may be a good idea to put your concerns in writing. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
