Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Insubordination?
I was recently terminated for supposed Insubordination for not disclosing information to my boss that was not work related. That is definitely not the definition of insubordination and in no way did i ever fail to obey my boss or resist authority. Also never broke any company rules or was disciplined or warned, and had been with the company 9 1/2 years. Would this possibly make a case against the business?

Re: Insubordination?
Not if you are an emploee at will. If you have a contract with termination rights, maybe.
