Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I am interested in starting an LLC in Tampa, FL and am wondering if there is a way to be anonymous and not have my name or address on the paperwork? I basically do not want people to just be able to look me up based on my business.

Someone has to be listed for the business, you cannot totally avoid that. The main point of establishing a corporation is to limit the personal liability and tax liability of the owners. You create a new, separate and distinct entity from yourself. It has a life of its own and operates according to how you say it does. You have to do it right. That's why you need an attorney's advice. There are certain things you can do and certain things you cannot, and many things you must do. Sure, you can fill out forms at the Secretary of State website and pay the fee and establish a corporation, but then you have to do additional things, like have an organizational meeting, and enact the bylaws, and file the right forms with the IRS. I used to charge $500 for the advice necessary to get a corporation started correctly. There is too much involved to be able to put it all into this answer.
