Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
The international money transfer tax
an off-shore compay, Tekna Machining, is asking that receive monies from their customers and the reissue the monies, minus my pay, to Tekna Machining, thus lowing the International Money Transfer Tax from 25% to 7%. Is this legal?
